PURPOSE: A method and a device for measuring a volume using images are provided to measure a volume of a shape in a long distance by imaging the shape, thereby remotely confirming and assuming a volume of a dangerous object. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a volume using images comprises an image recognition unit, a volume calculating unit(20), a display unit, an radio wave beam transmission unit. The image recognition unit converts a shape desired to measure into images. The volume calculating unit calculates the recognized images into the volume with numerical analysis. The display unit displays a calculated value. The radio wave beam transmission unit is used for a distance calculation.
