<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rocking bearing dispensing with correction work after press molding even when a variation is caused in the outside diametrical dimension of a bearing ring composed of a press mold. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning hole 9 is firmed on a circular arc-shaped surface 2 of a housing 1, and a circular positioning projection 18 suitable for the positioning hole 9 is arranged on an outer diameter surface of the bearing ring 10 composed of the press mold of the rocking bearing. Assuming a distance up to a straight line L<SB>1</SB>in the radial direction of connecting the curvature center O<SB>1</SB>of a first curved surface 16 and a bisectional position in the length in the peripheral direction of the first curved surface 16 from an intersection E between the first curved surface 16 and a second curved surface 17 as B, a radius of curvature of the circular arc-shaped surface 2 as R<SB>O</SB>, a radius of curvature of the first curved surface as R<SB>1</SB>, and the height of the positioning projection as (h), a numerical expression (1) ; R<SB>1</SB>+h>R<SB>O</SB>+R<SB>1</SB>Ê1-(B/R<SB>1</SB>)<SP>2</SP>}-R<SB>O</SB>Ê1-(B/R<SB>O</SB>)<SP>2</SP>} is satisfied, and the positioning projection 18 is surely suitable for the positioning hole 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
