PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing Hanwoo of high quality meat using DNA marker related to marbling score is provided to identify meat quality property and to early diagnose Hanwoo of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing Hanwoo of high quality meat using DNA marker related to marbling score comprises: a step of detecting individual DNA marker by 130th base substitution(A to G) of Hanwoo PDE1B(phosphodiesterase 1B) gene through PCR-RFLP(restriction fragment length polymorphism) analysis; a step of analyzing SNP genotype(AA, AG, and GG); and a step of predicting and determining Hanwoo with genetically high marbling score.
