PURPOSE: A hydrodynamic bearing assembly and a motor having the same are provided to improve an extraction power of a sleeve housing, thereby minimizing bonding strength of the sleeve housing and a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A hydrodynamic bearing assembly comprises a sleeve(114) and a sleeve housing(116). The sleeve supports the shaft. The sleeve housing is joined to the sleeve, thereby preventing an oil leakage. The sleeve and the sleeve housing are joined by bonding or welding.
