PURPOSE: A polymer/carbon nanotube composite is provided to have excellent electrical conductivity and biodegradability, while maintaining properties of polycarbonate like excellent strength and high heat resistance by using carbon nanotube-lactic acid as a compatibilizer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer/carbon nanotube composite comprises: a step of obtaining neutralized liquid by acid treating carbon nanotubes by hydroperoxide water, and adding distilled water into the outcome; a step adding L-lactic acid into the acid-treated multi-wall carbon nanotubes, conduct ultrasonic wave treatment, and removing non-reacted L-lactic acid and water. The polymer/carbon nanotube composite comprises polycarbonate, a biodegradable polymer selected from polylactic acid or polycaprolactone, carbon nanotube-lactic acid compatibilizer, and carbon nanotube. |
