PURPOSE: An equalizing electrode plate with an insulated split-flow conductive structure is provided to make various rating voltage and current with a constant value by connecting a plurality of electrode pairs in series and/or parallel. CONSTITUTION: An equalizing electrode plate with an insulated split-flow conductive structure comprises an insulated split-flow conductive structure in which an insulator(104) is coated on outside of an electroconductive material(1045). One end of the insulated split-flow conductive structure is coupled to an electric energy input and output terminal, and the other end is coupled to an electrode plate region where a distance from electric energy output terminal is relatively far and/or impedance is relatively high.
