OPTICAL INDENTIFICATION VOICE OUTPUT SYSTEM COMMUNICATED WITH MAGIC MATE

PURPOSE: An optically recognized voice output system connected to a magic mat is provided to play unique characteristic crying sound of a character or voice of Korean or foreign language by sensing an optical index code. CONSTITUTION: A graphic layer(3) randomly prints characters on an exposed surface of the front side of a mat main body(1) or arranges the characters as a coating type. An index layer(5) is printed or coated on the graphic layer which can be laminated. The index layer is formed into a two dimension mode such as a bar code or a dot code. A damage preventing layer(7) physically protects the graphic layer and the index layer. A scanner sensor(9) senses an identification code value of the two-dimensional code formed on the index layer and changes the identification code value into an electric digital identification signal and outputs it. A decoding interface unit(11) decodes the electric digital identification signal. The decoding interface unit detects a unique address and provides it to a sound source memory unit(13). The sound source memory unit draws out a sound source code value saved in the corresponding memory area after receiving the unique address. The sound source memory unit provides the sound source code value a sound regeneration unit(17).
