PURPOSE: A water-base monitoring and measuring control system is provided to effectively and conveniently process a management task of facilities by monitoring and controlling the facilities in the remote site in real time. CONSTITUTION: A photographing unit(10) takes a photograph of opening, closing, and control states of a plurality of water gates and transfers it. A monitoring and controlling unit(20) monitors the state, an image, and a power source of the plurality of water gates and controls a totally control system. A central monitoring and controlling unit(40) displays the state of each water gate and information related to river in the computer of a remote site and controls and monitors it in real time based on LAN and Internet(44). |
