PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device or the like which is user-friendly. SOLUTION: The switch device 10 is provided with an operating knob (switch knob 34), a first detection means (lock switch 56) which detects a first operation to the operating knob, a second detection means (electrostatic capacity type touch switch 62) which detects a second operation to the operating knob, and an output part which outputs an output signal by changing the output time when the first detection means detects the first operation and when the second detection means detects the second operation.
