PURPOSE: The automatic air chute of a ready-mixed concrete mixing truck is provided to automatically control a chute at the seat of a driver by controlling an air cylinder using a movement controlling switch installed at the seat of the driver. CONSTITUTION: The automatic air chute(80) of a ready-mixed concrete mixing truck includes a first air cylinder(31), a second air cylinder(32), and a third air cylinder(33). The first air cylinder controls a lock for locking and releasing an air chute. The second air cylinder controls the opening and the horizontal operation of the chute. The third air cylinder controls the elevation of the chute. The air cylinders are in connection with valves(22, 23, 24) and control the chute according to the input of electric signals from an operation controlling switch(20). The valves control the flow of compressed air from an air tank(10). The supply of the compressed air is pre-controlled by a first valve(21). |
