PURPOSE: A safety device for a live wire divergence ring of a pole transformer is provided to easily confirm the connection state of a drop wire by covering an opening section formed on a live wire ring sealing member using a transparent member. CONSTITUTION: A cover fixing unit(130) includes a long guide hole(131), a coupling hole(133) and a fixing bolt member(135). The long guide hole is formed along the circumference of a body on a guide unit(115). The coupling hole is formed on an opening sealing plate member(121). The fixing bolt member is combined with the coupling hole by passing through the long guide hole. The fixing bolt member fixes a side cover(120) to the guide unit.
