The device has elevations (2) for attaching and/or fixing a sheet to be written. The elevations enable rotation (1) of the sheet against a clockwise direction around 5 degree up to 85 degree with respect to a lower outer edge of the learning device. The elevations are attached on the learning device by grazing or machining. The device is made of paper, cardboard, plastic, rubber, wood or metal. The elevations are made of water-proof plastic material or wiping-proof plastic material. A lower side of the device comprises a slip resistant or nonskid coating.
