PURPOSE: A disk brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent the mechanical overload in a vehicle and a tire by using a carrier firstly and a spring secondary continuously with time interval during braking. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake for a vehicle is composed as follows. A bearing(4) is inserted in a disk hub assembly. A disk plate comprising a disk projection(11) is inserted in the bearing with the both sides of a bushing and finished by the assembling of a disk reinforcement plate. Springs(5) and stop pins(8) are inserted in each disk plate space(14).
