PURPOSE: A nano wire optical sensor, a flexible nano wire optical sensor, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the generality and the profitability of a substrate by manufacturing a nano wire optical sensor at relatively low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A nano wire optical sensor comprises two electrodes and a nano wire network. The two electrodes are formed on the substrate and spaced at a predetermined distance. The nano wire network connects the electrodes. Nano wires respectively grow in each one area of the electrodes facing each other, thereby forming a network.
