The drive mechanism, e.g. for gates and garage doors etc., has a guide rail (3) in the direction of gate/door movement for a moving slide (4) with an electromotor to operate the gate/door. The motor has connections to the electrical power supply (12), fed in at one end (7,9) of the guide rail. The electrical connection is a plug (8) with a cable (11), which can be connected at either end of the guide rail. |
