PURPOSE: A producing method of corn silk tea having improved taste and flavor is provided to remove precipitants and foreign materials generated from producing processes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of corn silk tea comprises the following steps: extracting washed and sterilized corn silk using purified water; inserting 1-1.5%(v/v%) of diatomite to the corn silk extract, and filtering the mixture before decompress-concentrating the filtrate to obtain corn silk concentrate; roasting fresh corn at 200-300 deg C for 15-25 minutes by increasing the pressure from 5kgf/square centimeter to 13-16kgf/square centimeter; puffing the roasted corn, and cooling the puffed corn; neutralizing the purified water using sodium hydrogen carbonate, and mixing the corn silk concentrate, the roasted corn, a brown rice concentrate, and glycine in an extractor; extracting the mixture at 93-98 deg C for 15-40 minutes using a spray ball type extraction method; inserting alpha-amylase into the obtained corn silk extract to obtain an enzyme-treated corn silk extract; centrifugal-separating and filtering the enzyme-treated corn silk extract, and mixing the corn silk extract with corn silk powder, a complex orange scutellaria baicalensis extract, a brown rice flavor, and the sodium hydrogen carbonate to adjust the pH of 5.5-7; and sterilizing the obtained corn silk tea composition for 30 seconds at 130 deg C.
