DEVELOPMENT OF CONTROLLED-RELEASE FISH-SAFETY-SHEET FOR PREVENTION OF FISH DISEASE AND REMEDY WITH NATURAL MEDICINE AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE: A sustained-release safety sheet containing natural medicine for prevention and treatment of infections and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent tolerance against antibiotics and environmental contamination and to release the medicine constantly. CONSTITUTION: A sustained-release safety sheet containing natural medicine for prevention and treatment of infections comprises an Olibanum solution in which Olibanum is dissolved, a natural medicine mixture, zeolite, gelatin and water. The natural medicine mixture is manufactured by mixing the natural medicine in which Galla Rhois is included with distilled water and hot water extracting thereof. The safety seat is manufactured by locating the raw material liquid on predetermined shaped sheet and drying thereof. A manufacturing method of the sustained-release safety seat comprises the following steps: a first process of dissolving the predetermined amount of olibanum in the distilled water, and mixing with gelatin; a second process of mixing 10 weight% of the natural medicine with 90 weight% of the distilled water and heating at 100-120 deg. Celsius for 6-10 hours and hot water extracting thereof in order for the active ingredient to be extracted; a third process of putting the natural medicine mixture manufactured in the second process and fibers into the liquid manufactured in the first process and mixing thereof; a fourth process of putting zeolite into a liquid manufactured in the third process and manufacturing a sheet material liquid by mixing thereof; and a fifth process of pouring the manufactured sheet material liquid into a predetermined shaped tray and natural drying the sheet for 3-5 days.
