PURPOSE: An air purifying device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform oxidation treatment for pollutant organic matter and purify the air. CONSTITUTION: An air purifying device comprises a multi-function treatment unit performing oxidation treatment and decomposing for pollutant organic matter by using the oxidation reaction of a catalyst using TIO2 and ultra wave. An ultra wave light is selected in 300 to 400nm of wave area in 30 to 70W power. The radiation distance of the ultra wave is in 30cm.
