PURPOSE: An inclined seat plate for fishing is provided to improve convenience because of changeable size and gradient, and to improve portability because the seat plate is assemblable. CONSTITUTION: An inclined seat plate for fishing comprises an inclined plate assembly(110), a support assembly(120), a seat plate(150), a back legs assembly(140), and a front legs assembly(130). The inclined plate assembly is upwardly inclined toward a waterside. The support assembly is drawn into the inclined plate assembly, and drawn out from a front end portion of the inclined plate assembly. The seat plate is put on the drawn out support assembly. The back legs assembly is coupled to the end of a back side of the inclined plate assembly, and the front legs assembly is coupled to the end of a front side of the inclined plate assembly. The front legs assembly is longer than the back legs assembly in order for the inclined plate assembly to be upwardly inclined.
