PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of soap is provided to minimize environment-friendly contamination, to have excellent usability, and to provide useful soap without side reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of soap comprises a step of obtaining polygonum indigo solution by extracting dye; a step of fermenting and reducing the polygonum indigo solution; a step of collecting an extract of side material; a step of obtaining herb-in fused oils which dips each herb into plant oil; a step of hot-water treating materials; a step of mixing the materials; and a step of manufacturing soap by adding amino acid, which is amphiprotic surfactant.
