PURPOSE: An on-floor drainage piping device is provided to prevent backflow of odor to a basin or a bath tub without an additional waste trap because a drainage piping device is divided into a water collecting part and a drainage part to maintain the water collecting part in a state where a constant level of sewage is charged. CONSTITUTION: An on-floor drainage piping device comprises a water collecting part(130) and a drainage part(140). The water collecting part is formed into a shape of a dual container having an outer wall(110) and an inner wall(120). The water collecting part has a water collecting pipe fastener(121) which is connected to a water collecting pipe for collecting sewage. The drainage part is a space between the outer wall and the inner wall and comprises a drainpipe fastener(111). The drainpipe fastener is coupled to a drain pipe for discharging the collected sewage.
