PURPOSE: A mobile communication system and a method for receiving/transmitting a channel thereof are provided to prevent a data transmission and reception error or transmission delay in a control channel by defining specific timing between physical channels for transmitting data or control information. CONSTITUTION: A component carrier CC(component carrier) 1(401) is a first cell, in other word, a primary cell and activates in TDD(Time Division Duplex) UL-DL(Uplink-Downlink) set #3. A component carrier CC 2(402) is a second cell, in other word, a secondary cell and activates in TDD UL-DL set #4. An operation of scheduling a PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel) in the primary cell of the component carrier CC 1 is equivalent to the operation of an existing LTE(Long Term Evolution) TDD system. An operation of scheduling the PDSCH of the component carrier CC 2 through the PDSCH of the component carrier CC 1 is re-defined. A HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Request) ACK/NACK(403) is transmitted from a subframe #2 to a base station. A terminal receives a PDSCH(405) from a subframe #7 of a ith radio frame in the secondary cell CC2.
