PURPOSE: An electric fan using a fan is provided to naturally generate wind not artificial wind generated by driving a motor without fanning user oneself. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan using a fan comprises a motor(10), a deceleration roller, a bevel gear unit(30), upper and lower rotators(40,50), a fan rotating roller(60), a fan rotary shaft(70), a fan fixing unit, an angle adjusting unit, and a time setting and speed adjusting unit. The deceleration roller is rotated by being interlocked with a rotary shaft(12) of the motor. The bevel gear unit is connected to the deceleration unit. The upper and lower rotators are rotated with the bevel gear unit as one body. One or more silicon rubber(42,44,52,54) are mounted on the outer circumference of a cylindrical body and rotate in opposite directions. The fan rotating roller is rotated by being interlocked with the silicon rubbers of the upper and lower rotators and the upper and lower outer circumference being interlocked with the silicon rubbers is protruded. The fan rotary shaft is inserted into and fixed to a central hole of a top surface of the fan rotating roller. The fan fixing unit is connected to the upper part of the fan rotary shaft.
