PURPOSE: A gallium ink is provided to be used for manufacturing various semiconductor material comprising gallium like a thin film solar cell, etc. CONSTITUTION: A gallium ink comprises, as an initial component, a gallium component comprising a gallium, a stabilization component selected from 1,3-propanedithiol,β-mercaptoethanol, an analogue thereof and a mixture thereof, additives, and liquid carrier. A depositing method of a gallium on a substrate comprises: a step of providing a substrate, a step of providing the gallium ink, a step of spreading gallium ink on the substrate, a step of depositing the gallium on the substrate by removing the additive and the liquid carrier by heating the spread gallium ink, and additionally a step of annealing the deposited gallium.
