<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a photonic actuator. The present invention comprises the following five steps: (1) forming a silica nanocolloid FCC single crystal on a surface of a mold, which has been treated with fluorosilane; (2) forming a photonic crystal through self-assemby of said single crystal; (3) adding a non-polar PDMS precursor to, infiltrating, and thermal-curing said photonic crystallization area; (4) adding a methacryloxypropyl-trimethoxysilane monolayer onto an oxygen plasma-treated PDMS layer; and (5) applying a polar PU-HEMA layer and UV-curing. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a new actuator, which brings together a variety of technologies, and the invention enables a new one-dimensional scroll structure and a three-dimensional photonic actuator, wherein the colors and forms thereof can be adjusted simultaneously, through an external stimulus from the combination of a hydrogel, a photonic crystal, and an actuator.</p> |
