PURPOSE: Functional polypropylene foam is provided to manufacture a foam polypropylene containing microcapsulated phytoncide from an inner side to a surface of the foam polypropylene, and capable of continuously emitting phytoncide. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a functional foam polypropylene comprises: a step(10) of blowing air into polypropylene beads which is foamed to 5-60 times of in atmosphere; a step(20) of spraying 0.1-5.0 weight% of microcapsules of 50-2,000 micron containing phytoncide solution inside on a surface of the polypropylene beads; a step(30) of conducting molding at 120-180 °C by putting polypropylene beads into inside a mold; and a step(40) of recovering the contract product to original state by hot air at demolding from the mold.
