<p>PURPOSE: A metal flexible dye-sensitized solar cell using a double coated metal substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent electrolyte leakage by injecting an electrolyte into gaps between a protective film and a dye layer and sealing the gaps with sealing materials. CONSTITUTION: An upper electrode substrate(200) is formed by coating a first barrier layer(204) on the top of a first polymer plastic substrate(201). A bottom electrode substrate(210) is made by forming a dye layer(215) on the top of a TiO2(Dioxide Titania) nano-particle layer(214). An electrolyte(220) is inserted into gaps between a protective film(203) and a dye layer. A second barrier layer(213) and a first sealing wall(230) contacts the electrolyte. A second sealing wall(240) contacts the second barrier layer.</p> |
