In the present invention there are disclosed new derivatives of dianhydrohexite mononitrate corresponding to formula (I): (see formula I) tautomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and solvates thereof as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and uses thereof for the prevention and/or treatment of vascular disorders.
