PRESSURIZATION CONTROL HEAD OF MOUNTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A compression control head of a mounting apparatus is provided to obtain a simplified structure by using a servo motor as a compression source for pressing and mounting a part on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A mounting apparatus comprises a servo motor(23) which determines the height of a nozzle(131) clamping a part by suction and a compression control head(13) which controls the pressure the part is pressed against the substrate. The servo motor is used as a compression source for pressing and mounting the part on the substrate. The pressure applied to the part is changed by the output torque of the servo motor resulting from the difference between a command level logical coordinate and the actual coordinate.
