PURPOSE: An intelligent parking violation notifying system using smart techniques is provided to send a warning message through a smart phone if a vehicle of a user is parked in a parking clampdown section, thereby preventing a parking violation. CONSTITUTION: A parking clampdown information server(10) collects and stores parking clampdown information of a parked vehicle. A data connection message server(30) receives the stored parking clampdown information in real time. The data connection message server receives a command message from a parking clampdown notifying server(50). The data connection message server transmits a parking violation warning message to a smart terminal(70). A command message generating unit of the parking clampdown notifying server transmits a command message to the data connection message server to send the parking violation warning message. |
