PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING BONE DISEASES AND METHOD FOR THE DIFFERENTIATION OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS TO OSTEOBLASTS

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating osteoblast and a differentiation method of mesenchyme stem cell to osteonosus are provided to effectively promote differentiation of the mesenchyme stem cell to the osteonosus, thereby effectively manufacturing osteoblast without any safety problem and sinking calcium. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating osteoblast comprises mesenchyme stem cell, fucoidan, suramin, or a differentiating agent of a compound represented by chemical formula 2. The differentiating agent is the compound of the chemical formula 2 or suramin. 10^6~10^9 cells/ml concentration of the mesenchyme stem cell and 1-10uM concentration of the differentiating agent are existed. The differentiating agent is fucoidan. The mesenchyme stem cell is existed as the concentration of 10^6-10^9 cells/ml and the differentiating agent is existed as the concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml. The mesenchyme stem cell shows CD73 positivity, CD90 positivity, CD105 positivity and CD166 positivity. The mesenchyme stem cell is a marrow, umbilical cord blood, placenta or fat derivative mesenchyme stem cell. A differentiation method of the mesenchyme stem cell to the osteoblast cultures the mesenchyme stem cell under the presence of the compound of Suramin or the chemical formula 2 as a differentiation promotor and differentiate the mesenchyme stem cell into the osteoblast.
