PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A photovoltaic module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by a first photoelectric conversion process with a crystalline solar cell and a second photoelectric conversion process with a thin film solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A photovoltaic module includes a thin film solar cell(110) and a crystalline solar cell(120). The thin film solar cell is composed of a plurality of cells which are connected with each other and has a light transmisstance. A crystalline solar cell is arranged on the upper or lower side of the thin film solar cell and is composed of a plurality of crystalline solar cells which are connected with each other.
