PURPOSE: A device for testing a small punch under an aggressive gas environment is provided to obtain data with reproducibility and easy inspection method with a relatively small facility by using a minute testing piece. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing a small punch under an aggressive gas environment comprises a charging body(100), a plurality of sub pipes(200), and a testing jig(300). The charging body comprises a main flow rate controlling valve(120) controlling the inflow of an aggressive gas and a sub flow rate controlling valve(240) controlling the inflow of the aggressive gas flowing into the testing jig on the sub pipes. The testing jig comprises a lower die(310), an upper die(320), a punch(330), a pressing fixture, and a sub pressure gauge(360). The upper die is joined to the upper part of the lower die and a hole is formed in the central part of the upper die. The punch is inserted into the hole, thereby applying power to a testing piece. |
