PURPOSE: A social searching system, server, terminal, and method are provided to increase the reliability of information by searching materials related to a keyword from content registered by acquaintances. CONSTITUTION: When a social search method is requested, an SNS(Social Network Service) server(102) provides the searched materials by searching materials registered by a second user related to a first user who requests the social search method for a keyword. A user terminal(100) connects to the server using a communication network and displays and receives the searched materials by transmitting the keyword. The SNS server provides the searched materials to the first user by sorting materials according to the familiarity of the second user with the first user.
