PURPOSE: A method for remanufacturing inelastic developing roller of a process cartridge is provided to prevent damage of a magnetic rod in remanufacture of a developing roller and to extend the lifetime of the inelastic developing roller. CONSTITUTION: A bonding primer(151) is spread inside an aluminum roller(130). A replaceable rotary shaft(110) is inserted into the aluminum roller. A silicon filler(150) is filled between the magnetic rod and the aluminum roller. The silicon filler is fused to the bonding primer by far-infrared radiant heating of a developing roller. An exposed part of the silicon filler is completed by a cap(160) after cooling.
