PAINT PAN CONSTRUCTION AND VINYL SHEET EXCHANGE METHOD FOR STEEL SHEET COATER MACHINE

PURPOSE: The structure of a paint pan for a steel sheet coater and a method for exchanging the vinyl sheet of the paint pan are provided to improve productivity by omitting a pan cleaning process and rapidly supplying paint with other colors. CONSTITUTION: The structure of a paint pan for a steel sheet includes a pan(22), a paint supplying roller, and a table. A water drainage adjusting unit(34) is combined with a hole(30) formed at the bottom of the pan. The entire bottom of the pan is cover with a replacing vinyl sheet. The water drainage adjusting unit includes a body, an adjusting pipe(40), and a paint discharging pipe(44). The body is fixed at the outlet of the pan and guides the discharging of paint. The adjusting pipe is installed at the upper side of the body and adjusts the level of paint in the pan. The discharging pipe is screw-combined with the lower side of the body. The body includes a sleeve(48) and a reducer(50). The discharging pipe is combined with the lower side of the sleeve, and the sleeve guides the discharging of the paint. The reducer is integrated with the upper side of the sleeve. The fixing member(38) is combined with the reducer and fixes the vinyl sheet.
