PURPOSE: An open storing type purifying apparatus for polluted soil and pollutants in an oil tank and a method for the same are provided to maximize biodegradable reactions and oxygen supplying operations and to control the speed of purification. CONSTITUTION: Biodegradable organic pollutants-based polluted soil and pollutants in an oil tank are open-stored on the ground(ST100). The stored polluted soil and pollutants are purified based on a biological piling method(ST200). Micro pressures of pores in the polluted soil and the pollutants are measured(ST300). The pressurization of pneumatic pressures and high concentration oxygen and the decompression of volatile pollutant sources are controlled based on the measured micro pressures of the pores in order to control the permeability of the polluted soil and the pollutants in purifying processes(ST400). |
