A device for realization of gas-dynamic effect on highly-fractured coal seams tending to gas-dynamic effects includes a hydro-insulation pipe and means for formation of hydro-dynamic pulses that has in its set a hydraulic high pressure pump, a backfill pump, a backfill vessel, high pressure slide with a connecting pipe and a tap on it for connection of backfill pump and vessel, or a high-pressure pump and the pump of the drive for control of operation of the slide.
