PURPOSE: An infiltration guide pipe and a waterproofing construction method around a rainwater drain outlet using the same are provided to prevent water leakage by draining infiltration water remaining inside a rooftop floor for a long time through a rainwater drain outlet. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing construction method around a rainwater drain outlet using an infiltration guide pipe is as follows. A rooftop floor layer is cut to form a construction part for a waterproofing work around a rainwater drain outlet(S100). The rooftop floor layer is secondarily cut to form at least one connection passage for connecting a region where rainwater remains and the rainwater drain outlet(S200). Subsidiary materials for a rooftop floor laminated in an upward direction of a waterproof sheet at the connection passage and the construction part of the rooftop floor layer are removed(S300). Waterproofing solution is injected to a gap where the waterproof sheet meets the connection passage and the construction part of the rooftop floor layer(S400). The waterproof sheet is placed after injecting the waterproofing solution(S500). An infiltration guide pipe is inserted and fixed in a rainwater pipeline(S600). A clearance forming medium is charged on the top of the waterproof sheet of the connection passage and the construction part of the rooftop floor layer(S700). The waterproof sheet is placed on the clearance forming medium(S800). The subsidiary materials for the rooftop floor are successively placed on the waterproof sheet(S900). After naturally during for a predetermined period, the surface of the rooftop floor is organized(S1000).
