A bioreactor for cultivation of cell cultures contains induction cylindrical reactor with mixing device in a form of channeled accordion boot with aerator. The device additionally contains flexible perforated discs, fixed to the inner wall of bioreactor from one side, and from another side joined to accordion boot, which core is made from hydrophobic fluorine plastic with aeration windows from fluorine plastic of not more than 3-fold less thickness than core.
