FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: structure providing variable optical effect comprises first substrate and second substrate attached to the former by binder for hot embossing including binder substance activated on feed power thereto and comprising multiple variable-colour particles distributed in said substance to cause optically-variable effect detected through first substrate.Note here that said particles vary their colour on varying light incidence angle. In forming the structure, a) first substrate is produced including binder activated on feeding power thereto and comprising multiple variable-colour particles distributed in said substance; b) first substrate is located nearby second substrate without adding binder between them so that binder activated on feeding power thereto is arranged between first and second substrates, and c) binder activated on feeding power thereto is cured by hot embossing. ^ EFFECT: multilayer protection against counterfeit with high-quality colour control. ^ 22 cl, 5 tbl, 30 dwg |
