LIQUOR MADE FROM ABELIOPHYLLUM DISTICHUM FLOWER EXTRACT AND A METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An abeliophyllum distichum flower extracted liquor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a functionality of antioxidant activities. CONSTITUTION: An abeliophyllum distichum flower extracted liquor manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing raw material having 5% or less of moisture by freeze-drying at -80 deg. Celsius and 4.6 Torr for 12 hours after collecting the abeliophyllum distichum flowers bloomed from the end of March to the beginning of April; adjusting the raw alcohol to have 40% alcohol content by diluting with purified water and adding 3-5 weight% of the freeze-dried abeliophyllum distichum flower based on the adjusted alcohol and leaching at the room temperature for 3-5 months; verifying antioxidant activity of the abeliophyllum distichum flower extracted liquor after separating and removing the abeliophyllum distichum flower and filtering the other suspended materials; and performing color and sensory inspection of the abeliophyllum distichum flower extracted liquor.
