The method for restoring the contact surfaces of the lateral teeth comprises the preparation of the caries cavity, the isolation of the operating field, the wedging-out of the teeth with the aid of the wooden wedge, the installation of the matrix system, the medicamentous treatment, the adhesive preparation and the application of the first portion of the composite. For improving the marginal seal, the ultrasonic treatment is used followed by the irradiation with the light emitted by the polymerization device. Then the standard method for restoration follows. |
