A centrifugal crusher comprises a housing, in which on a vertical shaft there are placed: a rotor with accelerating blades and a gear cone, a circular chopper, loading and discharge pipes. Under the loading pipe as its continuation a perforated cylindrical guide (recutter) is installed, which holes are positioned so that the angle between their longitudinal axis and a generatrix of cylindrical surface is α = 30-45 °, the lower wall of housing is inclined to the horizontal with a descent to the side of unloading pipe. |
