COMPOSITION FOR AIR-DRYING POLYURETHANE MODIFIED VINYLESTER RESIN AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An air-drying polyurethane modified vinylester resin composition is provided to have excellent high strength, high corrosion resistance, and rigidity, and to able to harden even a part contacting to air, while satisfying high elongation and low shrinkage which are inherent properties of polyurethane based resin. CONSTITUTION: An air-drying polyurethane modified vinylester resin composition comprises 10-50 parts by weight of polyurethane resin with air-dryness, 10-50 parts by weight of vinylester resin, and 20-50 parts by weight of a reactive diluent. A manufacturing method of the polyurethane-modified vinylester resin composition comprises a step of manufacturing a polyurethane resin with air-dryness, a step of manufacturing the vinylester resin, a step of copolymerizing obtained resins, and a step of mixing a reactive diluent.
