摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to titanium silicate materials and methods of their production. Proposed titanium silicate material is used as catalyst. It is represented by oxide form xTiO2100SiO2yEOmzE, where x varies from 0.001 to 50.0; (y+z) varies from 0.0001 to 20.0 and y/z<5; E represents one or more precious metals selected from the group including Ru, Rh, Pd, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Ag and Au; m represents magnitude describing oxidation of E, while crystalline grains of said material feature hollow structure or curved structure. Proposed method comprises the following stages. Homogeneous mixing of titanium silicate, protective agent, precious metal source, reducing agent, source of alkali with water to produce the mix: reducing agent:precious metal source:water 100:(0.0-5.0):(0.005-5.0):(0.005-15.0):(0.005-10.0):(200-10000). Wherein titanium is calculated in grams; protective agent, alkali source, reducing agent and water are calculated in moles while precious metal source is calculated in grams of precious metal elementary substance. It includes also feeding mix produced at aforesaid stage into reaction vessel for reaction at hydrothermal treatment and extraction of product to produce titanium silicate material. Note here that said hydrothermal treatment is performed for 2-360 h at 80-200C and autogenic pressure. Proposed method comprises the following stages. Homogeneous mixing of titanium source, silicon source, alkali source, protective agent, precious metal source with water produce the mix: silicon source:alkali source:precious metal source:protective agent:water 100:(0.005-5.0):(0.005-20.0):(0.005-10.0):(0.0001-5.0):(200-10000). Wherein silicon source is taken to be SiO2, titanium source is taken to be TiO2 precious metal source is taken to be elementary substance. It comprises also hydrothermal crystallisation of the mix is made for, at least 2 h at 120-200C and autogenic pressure, extraction, drying and calcination to produce intermediate crystalline material. Besides, it comprises feeding the latter into filtrate obtained after filtration at first step . Also, it includes adding reducing agent in amount of 0.1-10 mol % to precious metal source added at first step, hydrothermal treatment for 2-360 h at 80-200C and autogenic pressure, extraction of the product to produce titanium silicate material. ^ EFFECT: material with higher selectance catalytic activity in oxidation reactions. ^ 55 cl, 3 tbl, 24 dwg, 16 ex
