FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of dentistry, in particular to dentalo implantology, and can be used immediately after extraction of tooth for installation in alveolus, after extraction, with intention to increase both long-tern and short-tern implantation stability. Post-extraction dental implant contains conical body, on which threading continuing along entire length of body is located. Implant contains, at least, one, self-tapping miscrothread of smaller diameter than thread on entire length of body, and located between it in such a way that screwing in of implant both into trabecular area and cortical area of bone is ensured.
