Disclosed is a method for identification of T-helpers of the type 17 (Th 7) through preparation of histological preparations and histological investigation with use of specific marker. Further, immune-fluorescent reaction is carried out with use of marker to nuclear orphan-receptor RORγt, additionally one determines morphometric and densiometric characteristics, in particular the area of immune-positive cells, integrated optical density (Integrated Density) and the average value of gray (Mean Gray Value), with calculation of correct characteristic of cell fluorescence by formula:CTCF=Integrated Density - (Area of selected cell * Mean fluorescence of background readings),wherein CTCF - correct characteristic of cell fluorescence (corrected total cell fluorescence),Area of selected cell – the area of selected cells,Mean fluorescence of background readings – the average characteristic of background fluorescence. |
