With participation of design, construction or other safety organisations a scheme is drawn with points of a roof, ceilings, racks, in which the load at the roof is highest, and the probability of collapse is utmost. Laser radiators are fixed in these points. Them the mark screen with the coordinate grid is fixed onto pillars supporting the roof or foundation elements. At the distance of not more than 0.5 m from the mark screen there is an electric socket fixed to connect a power supply unit with a laser connection and disconnection panel.
