PURPOSE: A commercial emergency LED light is provided to simultaneously extend the lifetime of a battery and object discrimination by having improved transmissivity in emergency. CONSTITUTION: A charge unit(3) changes an output voltage of a converter(1) into a battery charging voltage. A battery(5) is charged by a power source of the charge unit. A voltage detection unit(7) detects the output voltage of the converter. A relay(10) is driven by a relay driving unit(9). Switches(SW1-SW5) are turned on/off by the operation of the relay.
